This system uses a universal frame with interchangeable inserts, allowing you to track virtually any activity without reprinting the frame. Swap inserts to track miles run, miles biked, kilometers, fish caught, books read, workouts completed, or any other count-based activity. The frame and inserts are printed separately to make customization easy and cost-effective. When you want to track something new, simply print a new insert — not an entirely new display.
