Hello everyone, I hope you find this project useful! IntroductionI wanted to design a printable version of an ‘Airbrush Spray Booth’ to control overspray when painting models etc. I didn't see anything like I had in mind on this site or others so I set out to model something aesthetically pleasing, based on a standard hobby filter and easily obtainable fan(s). I think that has been basically accomplished, though it's not so much of a booth as a shield, not sure this matters much if you have good airflow and aren't painting at a steep angle.RequirementsRequires a fan and filter for proper operation:Fan: 4-inch inline duct fan, recommended 100 - 300 CFM (I used a Hon&Guan brand, 130 CFM - ~$25 on Amazon). You can use other fans of course as long as you adapt it to the 98.6mm inside dia. outlet of the system. *Fans with an outside diameter greater than 4-inches may not directly connect to the system and allow it to sit at its normal resting position.Fiberglass filter: 16 x 7.2
