Modular Custom Tool Rail System

Originally posted back in 2016 this modular rail system has seen dozens of remixes over the years. I will add plates as I find updates in my history that I have altered, printed and adjusted. This is a combination of my favorite rails. This modular tool holder does a lot of things, but it was made with the basics of a 3D Printer in mind and the tools used for everyday printing needs. The modular holders slide on a rail system and can be swapped out and rearranged at any time. Duplicates can be printed and added to the rack. Multiple rail lengths are included for a variety of combinations. My suggestion, try the 240mm The end caps print with every rail. You can delete them from the print if you already have a set. End caps are meant to be friction fit (no glue necessary PLEASE DON'T GLUE THEM). Some holders print in multiple pieces to eliminate the need for support while printing, SImply super glue the pieces together after printing. Note: The is the gap needed for the holders to sl
