20 L米桶干燥箱内的干燥盒通常都设计成和滚轮支架一体结构，不方便更换干燥剂，于是设计了这个独立模块化干燥盒。这个干燥盒适用于20 L米桶，可与各型耗材滚轮支架配合使用。盒子侧面设计了一个开口，可选择安装湿度计，也可安装观察窗，以便观察干燥剂颜色。干燥盒盖子设计成滑轨型安装，盖子上设计了一个把手，这样就可以手持把手拎起干燥盒进行放置或取出操作了。这个模型没有特殊的结构，按自己的打印习惯切片就行，耗材根据自己的情况调整，建议观察窗使用透明耗材打印，顶面设置熨烫。安装方法：先安装湿度计或观察窗，再将干燥剂倒入干燥盒，从侧面将盖子划入轨道盖上，即可放入干燥箱使用。可以根据自己的干燥箱尺寸和耗材收缩率适当缩放后打印。The desiccant boxes in 20L rice bucket drying containers are typically designed as an integrated structure with the roller Holder, making it inconvenient to replace the desiccant. To address this, I designed this independent modular desiccant box. This desiccant box is compatible with 20L rice buckets and can be used with various types of filament roller holder. A side opening is included, allowing for the installation of a hygrometer or an observation window to monitor the desiccant's color. The lid features a sliding rail design with an integrated handle, enabling easy placement and removal by lifting the box. This model has no special structural requirements, so you can slice it according to your printing preferences. Adjust material usage based on your needs. It is recommended to use transparent filament for the observation window and enable ironing on the top surface. Installation method: First, install the hygrometer or observation window. Then, fill the box with desiccant, slide the lid into the rail from the side, and place it in the drying container. You can scale the model appropriately before printing based on your container dimensions and filament shrinkage rate.
