Modular Fly Rack for Rackmount Equipment

This is a modular fly rack based off of the sheet metal solutions from Circle Three Designs, Fiasco Cases, SKB Cases, etc. The benefit of this design is that it can mount rack equipment on both the top and bottom of the rack and can expand to any size fly rack you need. The corners are designed to mount with any standard size rack rail. The attached 3mf needs to be printed twice to get all the parts for the rack. Bill Of Materials:Bambu Lab ABS-GF Filament (Can use any filament, the rack has been tested successfully with PLA)Standard 19" Rack Rails (at least 2U length, as large as you want), qty. 810-32 thread bolts, 7/16" long, qty. 4010-32 thread locknuts, qty. 8Ruthex #10-32 threaded inserts, qty. 323/8 in. wide (inside) x 8 ft. aluminum trim channel, 96" length, qty. 1 Tools Needed:Hack saw (for cutting aluminum trim)Power
