Modular Foam Dart Blaster

Tested extensively & works! I made this thing to support research into middle school student engineering design programs! I needed something smallish, that could take some abuse, and that had replaceable parts for when things inevitably broke.

This design can easily lob nerf-style darts 10m or more at an angle of 45°. Includes holes for a landscaping pin to hold down the launcher for use on grass and has a tiered design so you can hold it down with one thumb and hit the bellows with a closed fist.

Have students fashion darts into aircraft and see which designs can go the furthest!

For best results, print the pump bellows out of TPU, the base in PLA, and the tube in PETG.
