Engineered for 3D Printing Farms & Commercial Seriation!
This Modular Helmet Wall Mount is architected specifically for open-frame FDM printers (Ender, Hellbot, Prusa) running with zero automated chamber enclosures.
3D PRINTING STRENGTH & EFFICIENCY FEATURES:
The geometry features a massive flat side contact surface alowing for low support needs.
Anti-Delamination Orientation: Slicing the file horizontally on its side aligns the continuous perimeter extrusion paths perfectly with the mechanical lever tension forces. This guarantees high-load capacity without any layer separation risks under heavy motorcycle helmets.
EPS Safe Anatomy: Engineered with an expanded hemisphere layout to uniformly distribute helmet dead weight and protect internal EPS impact liners.
Anti-Warp Base: Geometrically stabilized layout to guarantee bed adhesion at standard temperatures on common open-frame beds.
RECOMMENDED SLICER SETTINGS:
Material: PLA or Standard PETG.
Infill: 20%
