Modular Home with a super built area of 35 ft X 25 ft ini a land space of 40 ft X 30 ft. The plan flows with a ground floor car parking, visitor space and motor+control room with a spiral staircase starting from here. The first floor consists of the living are, kitchen and the master bedroom with a small library and desk for work. The second floor houses two rooms for kids with their study tables and wardrobes. It also has an open space which could have a lounge area. The top floor will have a water tank and one could opt for solar powering the house with panels setup here.
