So there are three of us making cars every year, and they're starting to pile up. I drew up an expandable stand that would let me display our cars and could grow as our collection did. I suggest using a rigid material - PLA Tough/Pro/+/, PLA-CF, PETG-CF, etc. Less rigid materials may not hold up well over time (PLA Matte, PETG). You'll need some adhesive (E6000 or gel CA glue), and some M3 screws.M3x8 to M3x16 screws can be used to hold the vertical posts together. These are not mandatory, but suggested.M3x16 screws should be used to hold the brackets in to the vertical posts. These are very necessary!M3x5 to M3x (however long you need) can be used as alignment screws under the cars in the bracket. These are optional. There are lots of parts to choose from.Plate 1 prints a basic two-car stand.Plate 2 prints the same as plate 1, but with the parts to hang a third car in the top middle.Plates 3 and 4 are a set that holds six cars, putting a Cub's full career on display.Plate 5
