I'm using a 60mm DC fan in my picture, but I believe it can also fit 70mm, 80mm, and possibly more. I'll test and share my results later, but feel free to give it a try and let me know if you test it out first!
Suggested print settings:
- Layer height 0.2mm.
- Infill 15%.
- Perimeters: 2.
- No supports are needed but follow the suggested print orientation for ideal results.
Assembly
Print two pairs and secure them with an M3 bolt and nut.
Also worth checking out—this fun DC fan enclosure: [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7001284 ].
NOTE
Most of our designs are printed and tested on a Prusa Mini / MK4, so tolerances may vary if you are using a different brand. While we strive for a smooth experience with our designs, we appreciate your understanding if tolerance issues arise.
