So went through a lot of revisions and pulled down the models I had previously posted to replace them with the updated ones. I was having trouble with the tab breaking off when printed in pla, I tried strengthening it, but that didn't help, so counter-intuitively, I made it weaker so that it would bend better and not break, and that seems to have done the trick. I also included the fusion file for the blank base with nothing built on it so that you can trick it out however you want.

The 16340 core file is not friction fit to the battery, so you can add a layer or two of electrical tape to snug it up.

still not happy with the tab- it seems too fragile. .. So I have added a threaded base that can be glued to the magpul base.

2021-03-19- So, it still didn't sit right with me. the issue is that the press tab needs to be printed horizontally to be strong enough to not break, so I split the base into 2 parts that can be slid together and then glued- thus v5 there is a horizontal cli
