Moen internal faucet part

This is a remake of the internal part for Moen faucet, originally by ksaathoff. I changed the internal and external dimensions to account for .5mm expansion of extruded filament. The original part was just too tight to use, both with placing onto the stem and placing the handle onto the printed part.
