Moen Soap Dispenser Head Stabilizer Replacement

I'm not exactly sure what this part is called because I couldn't find any diagram where it was featured. It also does not appear to be sold in any kit except for the full retail box. It functions to stabilize the head of the soap dispenser so that it doesn't wobble and cause issues with the attached pump assembly.
