Pacific ocean sunfish (Mola mola).
This is not a normal mola mola. This sculpt, in particular, is in honor of an especially overweight mola mola that was at the Monterey Bay Aquarium (https://www.montereybayaquarium.org/animals/animals-a-to-z/ocean-sunfish/) some 20 years ago: the story that I recall was that the aquarists didn't realize they'd been overfeeding it until they consulted a marine biologist who pretty much said, "That thing needs to go on a diet." So it went on a diet, then had to be airlifted to be released into the wild.
Here's the reference photo of what I think was the specimen in question: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/2/2b/Mola_mola_ocean_sunfish_Monterey_Bay_Aquarium_2.jpg/440px-Mola_mola_ocean_sunfish_Monterey_Bay_Aquarium_2.jpg
This was printed at 5cm from dorsal to caudal fin, but you're probably better off printing it at a slightly larger scale.
