MOLD FOR CEMENT BRICK CASTING

File for casting a silicone mold from which you can make cement or gypsum bricks

Dimensions of one brick:
Height: 16 mm
Width: 16 mm
Length: 40 mm
Wall thickness: 3 mm

It is better not to use plaster in the mold, or use it very carefully.
Since in some places the wall thickness is about 2 mm, which will not be enough for good strength.
It is better to use cement, there will be no problems with it, as I have tried in my molds with a wall thickness of even 1 mm.
Everything held the stresses.

The file contains both the mold itself and removable side parts.
All you need to do is attach the sides with paper clips.

Suitable for both SLA and FDM printing.

Recommended printing parameters:

FDM (filament):
Layer thickness: 0.1 - 0.2 mm.
Print Material: PLA

SLA (Epoxy):
Layer thickness: 0.05mm
