The new design has a larger hub for the torsion spring as this broke after only a few days in the original.
A clanger for a mole windmill to tap on the ground rod. The noise is supposed to deter moles. It's powered by the windmill. Used some common bolts and 3D printed parts.
The main body will need supports and a brim.
All parts printed in PETG for weather resistance and flexibility.
I redesigned the torsion spring using Fusion 360 to have a larger hub. This was the weak spot on the original.

Also needed:
M4x6 (clanger),
M4x20 (trip, replaces a screw holding the blades together)
M3x12 (pivot)
M3x12 (connects to spring,)
2 self tapping screws
