Molle Tie Down, zip-tied

###Molle Tie-Down (Zip-Tied).

This sturdy Tie-Down will not slide or fall of since it is zip-tied to the webbing. If you want to re-position or remove this Tie-Down, you will have to cut of the zip-ties and add new ones before attaching the Tie-Down again.

For each 3d printed plate, you will need :
* 2 zip-ties 25x100mm
* 1 hair tie of desired length

When you insert the zip-ties, they need to face outward with the "head". There is some extra space for them in the holes close to the hair-tie hole if you look closely. I've added an image that explains the steps needed to complete the tie-down.
