In a quiet workshop near the Eiffel Tower in Paris, we worked late on our latest project: a monitor stand inspired by Gustave Eiffel’s Viaduct de Garabit. Captivated by its towering arches and iron lattice, we chose to print the stand using white PLA filament in two pieces, creating a seamless structure like Eiffel’s designs. "The idea came after discovering an old blueprint by Eiffel, combining the Viaduct’s arches with the base of the Eiffel Tower—an unrealized vision. Hidden in archives for decades, this design blended engineering with elegance. Inspired by it, the project reimagines Eiffel’s lost concept in a modern context, honoring his genius while preserving its historical essence."
