This is a remix from 3DDIY's monitor legs. I had a different size plank, and re-sizing it made it not fit my printer, so I had to re-design it so it's more customizable.
You'll need to print 2 of the left (or left-screw), 2 of the right (or right-screw), and if your board is long, 2 or more of the middle (or middle-screw).
The original design called for printing with hexagon infill at 5%, without top or bottom, but my slicer doesn't have the option plus I added end caps, so I remade it with the hexagon design so as not to rely on the slicer.
Thickness of plank is 19.4mm (about 0.76 inches) so it'll fit the left-over shelves from my bookshelf and stays in place with friction fitting perfect. With the same thickness you shouldn't need a screw, but I also added a version with screw holes in case your wood is slightly thinner and you need to keep it in place.
I printed mine at 100% for sturdiness, since I already hollowed out the support area, it shouldn't matter that much at s
