This project features a monolithically printable mini wrench compatible with M3 to M7 nuts. Its compact size requires no assembly—ready to use right off the print bed! Material Recommendations:Designed for stiffer materials to meet functional demands. Tested with:•PLA Base•PETG Base•PETG-CF •PPS-CF All performed satisfactorily.I even printed a dual-color sample using H2D technology—it works perfectly!Structural Design:To enhance strength, the inner frame incorporates reinforced structures (shown in red in the image below).Theoretically, steel would be ideal for maximum stability under load.Practical tests confirm it provides significantly tighter tightening than hand-twisting, though it cannot match any metal tools.Might serve as a handy pocket-sized tool for occasional use or as a fun gadget. Printing: Supports not required.Assembly: None needed.
