Monomonster + BLTouch

Some small tweaks have been made to reduce material as well as add support for the BLTouch. Nothing else really crazy has changed. I recommend printing with the mounting holes flat to the build plate and supports everywhere except for the vent. The BLTouch uses the following offsets as defined in your config:

x_offset: -26

y_offset: -21

z_offset: ??

It is best practice to set your own z-offset! Every printer is slightly different from one another, even ones from the same product line. I'd rather not be the cause of someone's print head smashing into their build plate!
