Monoprice Select Mini v2 Control Panel Relocation

This is a supplement for [Monoprice Select Mini Panel Relocation](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2810517) for y'all MPSM V2 peeps out there.

I loved the design, but wanted to add in the touch screen for OctoScreen, and along the way, discovered the box for the printer's LCD panel was not correct for my MPSM V2.

The other tweaks I've made are: thinner walls (only 2mm instead of 3.25, should be fine), and I made them deeper than the original to provide space for my [favorite spool holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2006457).

Things to print:

In general, follow the directions from the Monoprice Select Mini Panel Relocation, except replace the LCD box with the MPSM LCD Box from this project. Use the one WITH a top if you don't have a second LCD. Use the one WITHOUT a top if you do.

If you have a second LCD, print the Pi LCD Box and Support.
