Monoprice Select Mini Vented Side Panel With SD Extender

This is a remix of a few things for the Monoprice Select Mini, it works on my V2 and should work on the V1 and Pro.

Print flat on the “back” and use buildplate supports. I printed at 35% infill and .2 in PLA and it seems just fine. Fits the Lanmu SD to Mini SD extender, preferably the one with the shorter cable. Makes SD removal much more convenient.
