This is a simple, two-color design that is meant for the MMU or Mosaic Palette. Amaze your friends by sticking to any ferrous metal! Is it "magnetic plastic"? Is it "magic"? Nah. It's just science.
The secret is two small 6mm x 2mm neodymium (rare earth) magnets that are embedded inside the printed object. The ones I used are actually 6.5mm x 2.5mm and they fit fairly tight. If you're afraid the magnets you have might rattle, just put a tiny drop of glue with them. The real trick, however, is getting those magnets installed. Under normal, single-color printing, you could use the slicer of your choice and insert an "M600" (pause printing) at the layer that occurs just before the "holes" get covered up. Once the printer pauses, you simply insert the magnets and then continue the print. Voila! Unfortunately, if you're using the Palette, issuing an "M600" doesn't work very well, so you'll have to do it live.
