It's just a cookie cutter. Be aware that PLA is NOT food safe, so don't reuse these. Single use should be fine, since the main issue with PLA is fungi settling in the micropores. Additionally, depending on the dough you use the little leaf parts might not come out too nicely. Printing the model at a bigger scale, changing your dough to be stickier or printing the model at a finer resolution can all help. For the little veins to show on your cookie, make sure you roll out the dough to the correct thickness.
