This is a body panel finishing nut that screws on to coarse M5 nuts in the engine bay of Mopar cars. Mine were found on the upper firewall on my car. I suggest using ABS, but PETG would probably be the absolute minimum as far as heat resistance. If you use PLA, just expect to have to replace it on occasion.
