More Customizable Phone Stand

All of the phone stands I found covered up the microphone on my iPhone 7. I really liked the simplicity of the original design and the fact it is parametric but it didn't quite work for my phone and case. I added four configuration options and made one clarification, it should now work for just about anything.

Retitled the width parameter to thickness to improve clarity
Added a Width parameter to adjust the width of the stand itself
Added a Cut Width parameter to adjust the width of the cut for wires, microphone, speaker, etc.

Version 2 Update
The stand can now be printed without supports by selecting the small back style and either the solid bar or breakaway bar for the front style.
