Morton Pedalboards were made to be flexible and modular. They used to sell panels for their boards with 2 D-Panel and 3 D-Panel mounts as well as 5 ¼" jacks. They don't seem to be available for purchase anymore and I had other things I wanted to mount so I designed my own.Panels are intended to be used on the outside of the board, while blocks go on the inside and are used to fill the gap between either side of the board's wall to keep the assembly in place. They are held together with m3 screws. I used lengths of 12mm for mounting D-Panel hardware and lengths of 10mm for just the prints themselves.Label Panels are just like the others just with an extra ~9mm on top to fit labels as seen in the images. The size of the holes on the front of Morton Pedalboards are different than the holes on the back. Blocks labled “Front” are made to fit in the smaller sized hole.Solid panels can be used to fill unused holes or to be used as templates for your own designs. The screws to mount
