I hadn't found that kind of hinge, so I made mine.
I printed with 2 bottom / top layers
I didn't try to print without media, but it can work.
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Layer Width: 0.42mm
Wall lines: 2
Infill: at least 15%
Support density: 3%
