A little Mothling, off to see the world!
I had the urge to create a cute, slightly more “Bugfolk” version of the Mothman cryptid, and this was the end result. In tabletop scale they will stand about as tall as a Halfling, but feel free to re-size it as you wish. It will fit on both a Medium or Small base (1 inch or ¾ inch bases respectively). I have provided a screenshot of the mothling next to a happy villager for scale.
No base is provided, so add your own if you wish! I've included stls both with and without their little sling bag.
Best printed in resin at scale!
For FDM printing, you will need some supports and may need to increase the size. Slow down on those outer walls and try using a .3mm nozzle for better surface detail, and if the antennae get blobby towards the end of the print, try increasing your minimum layer time, or just print two at once!
I've also included my messy .Blend file for easier remixing purposes, provided as-is with no tech support.
