I wanted a nice reading light at my bedside so I figured Id make one...

I used the double ball joint from another project (link below) and connected four with a 20 cm of threaded (M6) rod. Its a flexible arm which can reach anywhere in the 70 cm radius. Added a ring led light on top, few cable guides and an adapter.

For the base I used magnets, but I m certain a Gclamp would be better for most people. I definitely encoruage someone to make one.

The shiny blue light around is a cheap ebay purchase, but figured it looked nice.

Best of luck!
