This is a motor driven gear reduction unit that provides a low but variable speed output shaft to test this and that.
Print all parts in the position they appear when downloaded.
After Motor_Mount_Lower is printed use your wire cutters and turn the 4 mounting holes into slots so motor can be moved sideways a bit. Depending on how good your printer works you can adjust motor pinion to engage the gear train correctly.
Motor is generic, available from sciplus.com. If you use a smaller motor just shim it up until shaft aligns with gear train and you're good to go.
-I power the motor with an 18v 1 to 2 amp 'wall wart'.
-Speed is regulated with a small PWM controller available from Amazon.
-Bearings are 16mm od x 5mm id and you'll need 4 of them. If you can find flange bearings you don't need to print shaft collars.
-Tap Controller_Bracket mounting holes M3 and attach controller with 4: M3 x 10mm SHCS
-Thread all remaining holes M4
-Parts attach to base with M4 x 12mm FHMS and
