Motor bracket for use on small 3mm shaft robotics motors sold on pololu.com and other sites.
The bracket is shown upside down and is printed upside down for best print.
The holes work great for M2.5 and a 4-40 will work if your printer is fine resolution but if your resolution is not very good you will have to drill out the holes and in fact the slots may not print clean in that case either.
WARNING: You need to have a very fine resolution printer most likely with 0.4mm nozzle to print the slots properly. They turn out great using my printer type shown below.
Set model like shown in 'Cura' image by rotating it as shown and make a part. For the bracket on the other side of the robot mirror the design in Cura or other slicer so motor bracket slots are for other side wheel.
Best to use near 100% fill so if you want you can cut off with mill or saw or file after the print and use shorter scews optionally. One picture shows motor mounted with modified bracket for shorter sc
