Using a drill can be helpful.Step 2: Screw bolts into the statorStep 3: Solder wires together in a Y configuration (as pictured)Step 4: Install the barring into the rotor and install 6 magnets per slot (3 inslot, 2 under, and 1 on top) in the rotor in an alternating polarity pattern.Note:the 2 magnets on the underside of the rotor help minimize thedistance between the coils and magnets.Step 5: Install extension wires (jump wires) if needed by soldering theconnections to connect the speed controller.Step 6: Attach rotor to stator and screw in place with m6 boltStep 7: Take 3 wires coming out of the stator (without solder on them) andinsert them in the electric speed controller. It does not matter the order ofthese wires in the slots ABC in the speed controller. Ensure the positiveand negative slots are available for connection to the power source.Step 8:Insert the female side of the pigtail jack wires into the speedcontrollers ensuring positive is in positive slot and negative is in negativeslot tighten screws on speed controller to secure all the wires. Ensure allsolder joints or other connections are wrapped with electrical tape.Step 9: Plug in the power source, turn on and test it starting at a slowspeed to start. It sometimes will need a little push to get started. Onceworking, superg
