These are handlebar ends I made for My Renthal FatBars, but they will work for any bars with threaded ends really. The main bodies are straight forward to print, but there are some other parts involved to finish them off. I had all of this stuff lying around but you may have to source some of it (all available at local Hardware store) as follows.
• 2 - Steel Serrated Flange Locknuts – M6X1.00 – McMaster Carr equivalent : 96595A101
• 2 – S/S Socket Head Screws – M6 X~ 60mm (YMMV) - McMaster Carr equivalent : 91292A413
• 2 inches of Reinforced Fuel line – .5” OD. X.25” ID. - McMaster Carr equivalent : 54605K32
• 2 - 1”OD flat washers. I used some perforated Aluminum ones I had from Bolt Motorcycle hardware (Part #: 2009-AWW.25) I made a model of it that could easily be printed and spray painted if you so choose.
• 4 - ~1”OD rubber O-rings
