Motorcycle iPhone holder 2.0

I have spent some time refining the design of the original phone mount. Some updates listed below:

- Added a cutout to the base to make it easier to get the phone out
- Reduced the size of the sunshade on the top as I found it unnecessarily big
- For the mounts I updated the design so that flexible filament inserts can be used to help grip the mounting bar
- For the Africa Twin I designed a high mount - to mount above the instrument cluster instead of on the handle bar
- Mounts all bolt fast now, no zip ties. Designed recesses to integrate the nut into the clamp to make it easier to mount and looks better

Again all the phone holders are made to fit specific phone cases as indicated below. Myself and a few friends have been running these on our bikes for over a year now without any issues. The red PLA printed for the friend with the Beemer has started to fade a lot from stand in the sun, another print in blue has faded much less. White or grey are probably the best options.
