I modeled this because I saw people working on the chain using exactly that.
As I was not sure if I like it I designed it first instead of buying one.
I did not use 100% Infill but 20% with 4 Layers of wall thickness.
I tried PTEG and PLA. I would recommend PETG.
It is meant to fit 8 x 22 x 7 mm bearings. The same bearings are used for skateboards, etc.
You need 8 of them.
If it needs to be improved I'll do that in case it breaks at any point. The bearings fit very tightly. You may want to warm up the plastic before inserting them.
Make sure to separate all three pieces before printing. Print the rollers vertically.
