Motorcycle mirror stem

The aftermarket mirrors on this bike are a little difficult to use and provide very little view of the road behind. You mostly just see you arms. They also allow lots of vibration to come through (this bike is a V-Twin). The new printed arms/stems give much better view and even on idling there is a significant difference in vibration seen although there is still vibration visible. Would have until at least 17 April before I can test on the road due to Corona virus lockdown here in South Africa.

This bike uses M10 mirror bolts but of fine thread and not the standard coarse thread. I used 35mm long cap-screws but 40 would be just a tad better. I took the mirrors off their arms and bolted them to the printed arms using extended/long nuts from the back.

Still need to add caps to close off the screws.
