Motorcycle Roll Chart Holder

I designed this after looking at several commercially available designs.

You will need: (1) M8 bolt of at least 75mm length, (1) M8 Wing nut, (1) #6 Ace Hardware spring cut in half, superglue, (2) zip ties, and clear cling wrap.

The side plates slip into the main body and are held in place by the nut & bolt.

To assemble the rollers, insert the rollers into the roller plate with the flange against the inner wall. Next, put superglue in the recess of (1) roller handle. Now compress (1) half spring onto the part of the roller extending from the outside wall and cap it with the roller handle. Clamp or hold the handle onto the rod until the glue dries.

To waterproof the box, cut a piece of clear cling wrap to size and trap it over the face of the box with the top cap.
