Remixed JBL Control One Shutter Screw mount with following fixes:
- Removed stopper so the screw can go all over the threading.
- Extended outer diameter for better torque
- Transformed the threading into a slight cylindrical shape. The threading is 0.7mm narrower on the top than on the bottom to achieve easier fit initially. And earlier grip when screwing it on.
- Added more threading so the screw is 16mm high with 50% longer threading.
This is still not perfect and might need much force to screw on. The design is very tough when printed in PLA. I could apply excessive force using pump-pliers without breaking the screw.
The blender file still contains the vertice group for the inner threading with its mesh deform modifier. You could easily adapt the mesh transform modifier to make the bottom part even narrower for more early tightening.
