Mounted Back Scratcher and Massager

Don't know how many times when you get that hard to reach itch on your back that you just need to scratch or hard muscle knot that you need to massage out and you're all alone. The problem with hand held scratchers or massagers is that I usually misplace them or can't remember where they are when needed, and I have to contort my arm in uncomfortable positions just to be able to reach that spot. Also, they usually don't apply enough pressure for me (I'm a big guy).
