Mounted buckle for strap

Mount plate and buckle set originally designed for a children's costume. Buckle width is oversized to allow some movement and compatibility with a wide variety of straps. Durability tested with 4x strap mounts on a ~12lb candy filled cardboard costume.Pre cut holes for M3 hex nut/screw. Boost MeIs this useful?
