Mounting bracket for VL53L0X module

Mounting bracket for the VL53L0X ToF IR module from AZ-Delivery. I ordered a bunch of them and needed _quite_ some tolerances for a model that fits them all. This was primarily a test print to verify if I got the dimensions right. OpenSCAD file is included for your adjustments.

Hint: I needed two pull-up resistors for GPIO1 and XSHUT for the module to play nicely …
