It's a movable pulley made to close a light sliding door. Just make two sets, screw one to the ceiling, and attach the other to a bottle cap with screws or glue. I use a plastic bottle as a weight. Use M4 x 45mm screws to fix the movable pulley when assembling. Other than that, use glue to assemble the parts.

You can make it cheaply by using Bearing 16004 Compatible for the pulley part. Paste the URL below.
