MOZA AB9 Shift Knob

This is a shift knob that will thread directly onto a MOZA AB9 flight base, in order to use it as a shifter. I made this because I'm impatient and don't want to wait for the actual MOZA knobs to get here to use it.
The v4 just has a slightly longer and thicker rod that connects to the base and the top of it is rounded over, its a little more comfortable to use.
