This is a remix of [evancli's hotend replacement](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3339523) for Monoproce Mini Delta printer.
Main changes are:
* Smaller footprint - the position of the blower fan has been adjusted to avoid collision with the delta arms.
* Support for both E3D V6 and E3D Lite6 hotends (with larger thermistor cartridges).
* Redesigned blower fan duct.
