MP Select Mini Extended Control Dial

A remix of seagas's extended control knob. That one worked great on my first MP Select Mini, but my new one had screws that would catch on the bottom, so I just removed a little from the outside of the knob to give some clearance for the screws.

This also allows you to snap the original control dial in place on top of knob for a "cleaner" look.
