UPDATE: For now, I am limiting this to the 6mm version for revision reasons.
This is an X gantry support system for the Monoprice Select Mini (Malyan M200 ) designed to accomplish two things:
1) If your X gantry tends to droop and bed leveling is difficult, this guide rail will immediately correct that and insure the Gantry stays parallel to the bed and perpendicular to the Z axis.
2) It will reduce/eliminate oscillations of the gantry that cause ringing and other visible artifacts on your prints especially at higher print speeds.
INSTRUCTIONS:
This is a 2 variant design which includes a bolt over pylon that will attach over the existing side panel with slightly longer screws or a full replacement panel with a 40mm cooling fan. There is a linear bearing holder that screws on to the end of the X-Gantry with the original screws and than a bearing is zip tied snuggly in place. Finally, a 300mm linear shaft is slid through the linear bearing and clamped into place in the suppo
