EDIT (6/5/2024): V3 and V4 release. I have personally been using V4 for 2 months no issue in pa6-cf. The default clearance is made for an omega 9k which is 37mm, but the diameter of the hole itself is 39mm. V3 and V4 Shrouds your suppressor a little bit for a more cleaner look to hide your mounting solution, with V4 having the option of: A single bottom pic rail, dual side pic rails, or a tri pic rail setup on the sides and bottom. The V4 and V3 attachment is a little tricky to attach while minimizing the strength of spring steel of the rubber handguard, I will include a tutorial to best attach shortly.
If you would like a modification for a different diameter suppressor, feel free to ask and I'll upload it for you

EDIT: V2 has been uploaded with support for a tri-lug mounted suppressor. I have tested it so far with a Rugged/SilencerCo Tri-Lug. 350+ rounds put through my personal pa6-cf print
