MPCNC 3/4" EMT limit switch endstop

Remix from another design which was on my MPCNC when I got it. They were already broken. Uses the same hardware, #4-40 screws and #2-56 screws for the limit switch. Limit switch screws self tap. Should handle a few more firmware screw ups and bumps than the previous design all in the same form factor. Uses standard micro switches 9.5mm between hole centers.
